Top-Management Responsibility for operational Consumer Goods Business

Head of the Regional Headquarter Asia-Pacific located in Singapore and Managing Director of the Sales Subsidiaries in Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand. Establishment of Sales Subsidiaries in Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. Build up of business with trade and with projects customers for well renowned brands in the volume and luxury segment.
Responsible for the Sales Region Eastern-Europe/Turkey/Africa and for South-America ex Global Headquarter. Set-up of Sales Subsidiaries in Romania, Ukraine, and in South-Africa as well as establishment of a Business Unit in Turkey for markets in Central Asia.
In charge of sales to european OEM-Customers.

Alignment of an e-Commerce D2C Strategie with Sales Subsidiaries worldwide and with all corporate divisions affected towards a comprehensive Digital Transition Program. Creation of digital solutions for B2B trade customers.
Pricing issues, especially Trade Term Design systems of Sales Subsidiaries with their european trade customers.
Bench-Marking projects to improve the operational excellence of sales companies.
Leader of a Corporate Project to improve the foot print in emerging markets with a focus on Asia-Pacific.
Member of the core team to establish a German-Japanese-Thai Joint Venture for the production of washing machines in Thailand.
Consultancy projects to improve distribution in China, North-America and Turkey.

Vice President Corporate Sales for Consumer Goods (White Goods) at the Corporate Headquarters in Munich/Germany as well as Managing Director for the Region Asia-Pacific located in Singapore.
Director for Marketing within the Electrical Power Tools Division of a Japanese Sales Subsidiary based in Tokyo.
Department Manager for Marketing of Automotive Aftermarket Division in a Spanish Sales Subsidiary located in Madrid.
